IGLUS Executive City Master Scholarships for City Managers and Cities 2013

Innovative Governance of Large Urban Systems (IGLUS) is
offering executive city masters scholarships to high-potential
city-nominated candidates. The IGLUS Executive Master is designed to
empower city managers and cities to develop and implement more innovative
governance solutions. Selected
candidates will have the opportunity to
participate in the five times 2-week training modules to be held in
Istanbul, the Emirates, Guadalajara, Seoul and Michigan-Detroit. At
the end of the training modules, each participant will work under the
supervision of well-known professors/practitioners on his/her master thesis
which should be praxis related. Every city in the world with more than
300,000 inhabitants is eligible to apply. The mode of applying is by
